Accommodations

The American Aging Association Meeting/Nathan Shock Summit will be held in the Bell Harbor Conference Center which is convenient walking distance, halfway between the Edgewater Hotel and the Seattle Marriott Hotel.  The basic standard rate at both hotels is $229/night plus tax.  The rate is in effect for meeting registrants from Tuesday May 31st until Monday June 6, 2016.  

      The Edgewater Hotel  

    The Edgewater has extended its cutoff date through Tuesday May 10th for the nights of  June 3, 4 and 5. After the cutoff date, there is no assurance of room availability and the special room rate will be discontinued
     
Located on Pier 67, this upscale waterfront hotel, whose famous past guests include The Beatles and Led Zeppelin, is a 3-minute walk from the Port of Seattle ferries and 10 minutes from Pike Place Market.

      Seattle Marriott Waterfront 
      May 13th is the last day to book at reduced rate.  Once the cutoff date of May 13 has passed, all unused rooms in the room block will be released back into the hotel’s inventory and will be open to book at our best rate available. Current best rates available are $279 + tax for standard king/double bedded room and $319 + tax for a bayview room June 1st – 6th.  The $279 + tax guest room rate is selling out quickly.
      Overlooking Elliott Bay, this classic hotel is across the street from Bell Harbor International Conference Center and a 6-minute walk from Pike Place Market.
      Understated rooms and suites offer desks, 42-inch flat-screen TVs and WiFi (fee), plus mini fridges and coffeemakers. Some feature private balconies with bay views. Club rooms provide access to a lounge with free breakfast and evening appetizers. Suites feature separate living spaces.
