Abstract submission guidelines

Please use word template to submit your abstract. Follow the instructions and formatting in the template exactly.  Do not change the font, line spacing or any other formatting.  Email the word document to Catherine Hornsby.

 Travel awards are available as follows:

If you qualify as a trainee, student or post doc.  Please specify which in your email. 

If you hold a position as Junior Faculty  (Assistant Professor or equivalent, i.e. Instructor) and would like to be considered for a travel award, please indicate in your email.

In either case, if you also identify as a member of underrepresented* groups in biomedical research, please so indicate in your email.

          Also let us know if you wish to be considered for an oral presentation.

Deadline for all travel awards consideration: April 1, 2019

Deadline for all abstracts:  April 22, 2019

In order to accept a travel award, you must register for the meeting and  be present for the awards ceremony on June 2nd.

*The NIH defines the following groups as underrepresented in biomedical research: Blacks or African Americans, Hispanics or Latinos, American Indians or Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians and other Pacific Islanders
